Woke at 221.7, down .3 from yesterday. Feeling great. UPDATE: Got to 221.1 by 1 pm. Broke the fast with a low carb wrap, turkey, and cheese. Ate some broccoli with EVOO as well. UPDATE 2: Weighed 221.1 at 5:30.
