A little rough start to the week. The main electrical panel for the house was switched Monday and we had no power between 12 PM Monday and 8 PM Tuesday. Relocated the family at 1:45 AM to getsome sleep, we initially tried to tuff it out but with no power, however the cool air stayed outside and in the house was 80 degrees. Had to seek shelter to get some relief.

Power is 98% restored. Central air and cable still down. Wow, up at 4:35 and the thermostat read 80. I guess we slept over night just from sheer exhaustion but hope to get the remaining things fixed today.

So, as a result, weight shot up slightly. 1 lb, not bad. In the past, it wasn't uncommon for my weight to fluctuate 3 - 5 lbs with high sodium intake but I stayed extremely busy which helped a bit. I hope to be back to the 230s again in a few days.
