Had a pretty good workout yesterday. My trainer is still trying to see where I am with the weights so it was a little light. I can tell where my sedentary job has been effecting my body. Aches and pains cause be certain movements of over-tight muscles. I need to work on a little more stretching to see if I can loosen them.

Yesterday I went over on my carbs a little. Had some marinated chicken breasts that were higher in carbs than I thought. One day shouldn't hurt, it didn't impact my blood glucose.

It's going to be in the lower 90s today so it'll be treadmill work today. I'm going to push myself a little bit more to see exactly where I'm at. It's as much mental as it is physical. Ride the endorphin high :)
