It is a foggy day here so I decided to go back to the treadmill. Run/walking outdoors really helped my endurance as I was able to do 3 minutes at 6 mph on my first sprint. I definitely like being outside better although it might be getting hotter this next week so I'll be trapped indoors for exercise. We'll see.

With my armband I can definitely see the difference on the days I work out vs the days I don't on my calorie burn. Big difference of almost 800 cals.

Tomorrow I work out with the trainer so we'll see how that goes. Shouldn't be too bad as it's only 1/2 hour.
