I have done terrible over the weekend and yesterday. I was trying to keep myself under wraps with the lack of sleep but just did terribly. I mean I guess horribly would have been if I had given in and had some of the berry cobbler and ice cream that my husband had. I did not do that. However, I did have a no sugar added ice cream bar...I need to put the nutritional value in my food diary for yesterday so not happy with me. I went to bed early last night...still feel a bit tired this morning and bloated on top of that but hopeful that today will be a better day and that the majority of the 2# increase that I have on the scale is bloatedness. *sigh*
