Draglist's Journal, 20 Sep 21

Woke at 223.2, up 2.7 from yesterday. I stayed up late until past midnight doing some work prep, and several glasses of red wine accompanied me. I have restored my glycogen, so I'll have to work that out over a few days. I did an hour outside this morning before work started, tidying up around my backyard. I have set up a standing desk next to my exercise bike and have resolved that I won't read anything unless cycling. I have a lot to read today, so I will get in at least an hour. UPDATE: Did an hour on the exercise bike at noon while reading. Worked great. Got to 222.3 after that. UPDATE: I got back on and did another hour and 10 minutes in the afternoon. Great workout with simple pedaling. I got to 221.0 before dinner.

Thanks I got a good hour in while reading the policy document today and although I just did a standard poodle I actually got to peak heart rate which was weird.

It was crazy. I got second hour and 10 minutes in today I was reading a very long policy document!

Thank you, Kattay! I'm going to keep doing that because it was super easy. The biggest issue was an ache in the backside from the bike seat! Going to get close to a 4000 calorie burn today.
