Almost did not make it to my exercise session today. Did not see the point....but, I managed to overcome my negative thoughts, my Goal is to conplete the 52 weeks of strength training, on the run to my Birthday, I want to welcome my 40's looking and feeling better than ever...I did not take any before pics, but I think there is some progress taking place, very small and very slow progress but at least is moving in the right direction.
