Woke at 226.4, down .9 from yesterday. Did 20 minutes of HIIT on the exercise bike and jumped in the pool. Got to 225.1 after that. Weighed 224.7 after 16:8. That's likely the low for the day because I created a massive salmon salad after that. Online happy hour tonight. Will probably eat a few leftover pork chops. UPDATE: I had a major whoosh this afternoon and into the evening. Got to 223.1 by 8:30 pm.
