Morning weigh in at 201.4 after hitting 199.0 post-workout last night. As I told MrsMole, it will take a few days to 'lock in' this new weight level. Will continue to eat 1600 calories per day on average throughout the rest of June. Had 1687 yesterday after a few celebratory single malt scotches so will target 1350-1400 today. Weight lifting and 30 minutes treadmill tonight. Thanks again for all the kind comments!
