Did you know your feet shrink when you lose weight?? I wear Alegria clogs to work and lately my feet are slipping out of them. Sort of like a Cinderella story, except that there is no prince within sight. 👠

Socks, with clogs are alright. I used to have the same problem with my Dansko's before I started having all this edema.

since they have replaceable insoles, they're super easy to find and buy used off bay, poshmark, etc. I like them too, but they are super expensive

Hi Jeannie! Yes, I should look for the fuzzy pair of Grinch socks I got for Christmas. In July!🤣🤣🤣 btw Dansko used to give me terrible hip & knee pain. I don’t if you had the same issue, but I hope your knees improve soon. Take care! 💕💕💕

One of my "wake up call" moments was when I couldn't see the tendons in my feet one day. I thought, "OMG even my feet are fat now?!" It was all fun and games when the cookies went to my boobs and butt but not so much my feet.
