Woke at 228.9, down 1.7 from yesterday. Moved crazy water all night and I suspect that will continue on day two of June FMD. UPDATE: Got to 227.3 by 5 pm.

nice progress. what's FMD tho? I always have to chuckle a bit when folks denigrate water weight loss. I was told once that of the 30 pounds I had lost going Keto, the vast majority was water. okay, I won't dispute that - but you strap on a 30 pound bag of water on your belly and tell me you weren't stronger, faster, and able to go longer without it!

Hi Vocatus. FMD is the fasting-mimicking diet. I never denigrate water loss. Because I typically go up and down 5 to 10 pounds in as many days. Water loss and gain are a regular part of my deal, and I realize the water has to go first before you get to the fat.

Fast mimicking diet ... I'll have to look into that. Just to clarify: I don't want you to think I was saying you bad talk the water loss - just making a general comment. Every pound off that isn't lean mass is weight you can feel missing!
