I saw Onederland before and I will see it again.

Just take a deep breath, stuck it up, refocus, and get back at it.

Going shopping for chicken breasts this weekend. Going to keep it simple stupid. I already started logging meals for next week.

I am not afraid of carbs, but I know I easily overdue it when I eat crappy foods.

I just turned 50 and I want to end 50 fit, not fat.

I can do this!!!

Right there with you. Have not seen onewonderland in a LONG time but inching my way there. 19 more pounds to go from my heaviest weight of 299. One day, one step at a time to get there.

If that picture on the right is current, I think you look fine, don't look overweight to me. But I understand your goals and you know where you want to be. 2020 ruined eating plans for lots of us. I didn't want to go grocery shopping so ate out of the pantry and freezer where the food wasn't the best for me.
