Thanks, I saw a reflection of my self Sunday and got my but in gear.

Logging our meals will help us to know where our problems are. Are we too high in carbs or sugars or fat? Are we too low in fiber or protein? Definitely need to do this analysis of your foods and beverages and make little adjustments! When we see the total calories that we eat, we can understand if our exercise is not enough.
