Woke at 225.1, the same as yesterday. The last day of the fasting-mimicking diet for May 2021. It looks like I've burned through all the stored glycogen and now slowly trying to drop body fat. UPDATE: Down to 224.0 before my first meal of the day. UPDATE 2: Weighed 224.4 for the last weigh-in of the day. Hoping to be lighter in the morning. Regardless, I'll do my Saturday morning 5K walk, which should get me a bit lower.
