what recipe are you using for Singapore chicken? are you broiling your chook and then hanging it up to drain fat when cooked.

Oh it's too long to go through the recipe. Some people boiler some people roast it.. I prefer roast chicken..but yes the correct way is to boiler and then dip it in ice. Have a look on YouTube loads of awesome recipes
