Feels like it took forever and only 0,5kg down but more than weight I can see the difference in the mirror. Tried my shorts that were just about last year and now they’re loose.
64.5 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
