Woke at 227.8, up .3 from yesterday. I am super happy with this, considering I ate a double bacon cheeseburger with everything but the bun at 10 pm last night. That was after a pound and a half of pork roast during the day. Black coffee and green tea until noon and then we will see what happens. UPDATE: Ate some sardines and tuna at lunch. Got to 226.4 by 5 pm. Denise is doing a crustless quiche tonight.
