Woke at 226.9, down 5.0 from yesterday, after a 36 hour fast. Now, that's some water movement! Back on my calorie goal. Still targeting a combined total of 1100 calories of fat or carbs plus as much protein as I can get in (about 1700 calories per day). Waking glucose was 89, and I was actually in ketosis at .9 millimolar. UPDATE: I drank about 55 ounces of coffee with unsweetened almond milk and sugar-free syrup, plus 25 ounces of water with apple cider vinegar. I did another glucose and ketone check at 11 am to see what effect these items had on me. Glucose was an awesome 76, and ketones were .6 millimolar. So, I'm still in mild ketosis. UPDATE 2: Online happy hour until 10 pm. I weighed in again then and got to 226.2. Eating two more huge pork chops for a LATE dinner.
