Woke at 229.9, down 4.4 from yesterday. I moved a ton of water on my fasting day, including overnight, when I had to get up several times. I did a glucose/ketone check at 9 am, and it was 88 and .3 mm. I can't seem to buy my way into ketosis! Not that worried about it. I will start with black coffee and eat something when I get hungry. UPDATE: Waterworks continued today and I got back to a pre-Easter 227.5.
