Woke at 228.0, up 2.7 from yesterday after a big 2200 calorie plus day. I will do the fasting-mimicking diet on the third weekend of each month. But going forward, I plan to enjoy higher calorie days on Saturday through Tuesday each week and then lower calories from Wednesday through Friday at whatever intake level is required to hit my overall 1700 calorie per day goal for the month. That gives me about seven more 1800 calorie days this month and four 800 calorie days. Fun with math! UPDATE: Two huge lunches (fajita bowl and tuna salad) led to a 230.7 weigh-in at 4 pm. Meatloaf tonight.
