Woke at 227.5, down 2.2 from yesterday. Day four of FMD. Feeling great. Targeting 800 calories. UPDATE: Got to 227.4 at 5:30 despite a massive salad and some Brussels sprouts for lunch.

I used to stick with a plan for far too long after my body adapted to it. You inspired me to keep changing it up and check out best ways to accomplish various goals. Really worked keeping the body working to adapt the new changes. Kept things interesting lol.
