Woke at 229.3, the same as yesterday. Got some good sleep last night. BBQ tonight and something tomorrow and then the fasting-mimicking diet for week three of the month. UPDATE: Afternoon workout of pushups, 100 weighted squats, and an hour on the exercise bike. Got to 228.0 by 5 pm. I ate 10 grapes at noon but otherwise fasted until we had BBQ for dinner at 6.
