Dinner - 523 calories. Smoked haddock again.... yum yum.

So jealous! After all you've eaten today and you still have about 700 kcals to use. Great control Jontyboy. No wonder you have had great success in losing so much and meeting your goal. I think I will have smoked haddock for fishy Friday. Thank you for the inspiration x

hey Jonty that looks great! btw if it's of any interest, co-op does smoked haddock and cod fillets that are less calories,last time I checked, so might help you have spare for other snacks 🤗

Looks lovely. I bought Iceland smoked haddock fillets for the first time last week and was pretty impressed !! I love smoked haddock! Looks a good combination of food groups too, nice !!!

Thanks SairChew. I log my food on another site as well ( checkmyfood) to make sure I get all the vitamins and minerals I need. I have b12 defiency and have regular injections for it. I love fish of any kind but smoke haddock takes it to another level. 😀👍

Thanks Augusta888. There is also on the same platform checkmynutrition as well as checkmyfood. One I think is the English version and one is American but once registered you can log in on any of the domain names. It's good for seeing that your getting all the vitamins and minerals your body needs but there is no social chat on there. That's why I like this site😀👍
