Do not stop when you are tired, stop when you are done!!

* left house 5 AM
* walk at lunch instead of eat
* return home 5 PM
* 2nd walk at 5:10 PM
* cool off 6:05 - 6:25 pm
* before hopping in shower, tried shoulder pressing 2 X 50 lb dumbbells ( not quite there yet, weird as I can walk 30 paces with 160 lbs on my shoulders) did it before and will be able to do it again!
* dinner 7 pm - fermented grapes in a glass and nuts in a cup
* 8 pm - water and reflection ( Life is Good)

@Jimmypop - Let's go! I'm dragging today because insomnia was a Btch last night (I could have easily gone for a walk with the bears, skunks, coyotes, ground hogs at 12:59 AM last night when my eyes popped open)

@chesgreen - I think that my adding 300 calories of heavy cream to my coffee and bedtime tea may have allowed me to not experience any insomnia. In the past, when I did a 'pure water fast' I was *awake* at 2:00am 🤣😢

@ches Heard on the insomnia. Comes with the territory. Couple strategies. Melatonin will usually put me back to sleep within an hour. Meditation, if you have a practice, can be really effective in the middle of the night, and help you go back to sleep. I've also been known to say fuck it, get up and do housework at 0300. The one strategy I always use is resting/sleeping in when fed. Let's go!

@jimmie pop. Oh yeah, I had Natures’s Bounty Sleep3 the night before, worked like a charm. Last night however, it couldn’t hold a candle to an over active brain.
