I woke at 224.9, down 2.4 from yesterday. It was a successful five-day fasting-mimicking diet. I will eat near noon. Did pushups and 40 minutes of HIIT spinning before I weighed in. Did glucose and ketone readings after. Hit 98 and .3 mm. UPDATE: Fasted until noon and made a huge omelet and roast beef on a tortilla. I got to 223.9 before that. UPDATE 2: I took a nice 1.5-hour nap. I got up and weighed 224.6. A protein drink with greens to start the dinner meals, and then Denise is doing a HelloFresh dish tonight.
