Mmmm, love porridge, but it’s the only breakfast I add sugar to, so I’ll make do with imaging eating yours for the moment 😉

I used to use semi skimmed milk and sugar but changed to coconut mi,k and caramel Sweet Freedom to flavour 😀👍

Ooh.. will consider that after my first 6 weeks of short, sharp shock, when I set my next plan - thanks for the ideas
