Woke at 228.6, down 1.1 from yesterday after 800 calories and a well needed night of sleep. Going to do a workout today for the first time in about a week as well. Brutal schedule at work. Should get down a little lower. UPDATE: Did three sets of pushups and 35 minutes of HIIT spinning. Got to 226.6 by 1:30 pm. UPDATE 2: Fasted until 3:30 and then ate some tuna and a few low carb wraps. Weighed 226.4 before that.
