Woke at 228.6, down 1.1 from yesterday after 800 calories and a well needed night of sleep. Going to do a workout today for the first time in about a week as well. Brutal schedule at work. Should get down a little lower. UPDATE: Did three sets of pushups and 35 minutes of HIIT spinning. Got to 226.6 by 1:30 pm. UPDATE 2: Fasted until 3:30 and then ate some tuna and a few low carb wraps. Weighed 226.4 before that.

I'm about the same weight need to stick to positive changes because my son is starting to adopt my bad eating habits....not good. Go get your burn on!
