Woke at 228.2, up .9 from yesterday. Today is weigh-in day. Not going to hit the 224.2 from last week, so it looks like I'm going up a few pounds for the official weigh-in. My sleep this past week has been terrible. I have to work on that. Keeping after it. Happy weekend! UPDATE: Weighed 228.0 at 5 pm.

I’m so sorry you Havingsleep issues, there must be a lot weighing on your mind. I as well have been struggling this past week. I’m continuously worried about this vaccine thing and when we’re going to get it. Things haven’t exactly been easy on any of us with all the politics going on. Hang in there the best thing to do is do your exercise again and go back on track. I hope I don’t sound too preachy but that’s what I’m doing and it’s helping. I would tell you it’s usually stress related. I don’t have research, only personal experience.

I used to get super stressed about sales. Trying to figure out how many deals I needed to close to get my number. 10 years later, that only happens one in a while! 😁

Oh boy! IT would keep me up at night too! I sell Ed tech programs to schools. The IT folks are always solving problems!
