Before I head to bed, I want to thank all for your comments and support. When I got on the scale this morning, I definitely beat my yesterday. Tonight, I let my hair down, LOL and LOL, and I enjoyed 2 cups of Jamaican Rice and beans (google that for those who are not familiar). It was take out and before I put it in my mouth, I placed it in a measuring cup, as well as the 2 strip of plantains which weighed 46 grams. I didn't measure the curried goat, oxtails, or veggies. Today was a great day and this meal was my 5 PM breakfast, 33.5 hours since my last meal which too was Break-Fast which was yesterday, 1/7/21 at 7:34 AM. Good night. I took pictures of this meal to add to the collage of my meals.
