same here, usually <35 g a day (i count as grams only, not net) except my "i really love my Miller lite day once a week lol

I know somewhere on my phone it just flashed that you were enjoying a meal in the St. Louis airport, but I can’t find that post now. I am about 40 miles west of St. Louis, so you’re in my neck of the woods LOL! It’s so good to talk to you again, and your omelette looks awesome!
