Woke at 232.4, down .2 from yesterday. Rest day so no workout. Black coffee for breakfast, and had some tuna and sour cream at lunch. Starting to do turmeric powder with pepper after a recent study indicated that the turmeric pills do not have as much of an effect. So, I mixed turmeric with sour cream and some collagen powder. A little high in calories. I might mix it with my evening protein shake instead. Still figuring out my temporary whey powder restriction (to see if it affects kidney function creatinine numbers). Did OK on protein yesterday. UPDATE: No major whoosh yet, but did get to 232.2 before dinner.

That is good to know about the turmeric pills. I only eat it as a spice but I have been comtemplating doing something with collagen... maybe I will try a combo

I am thinking I will try a spice latte of some kind. Would be a nice change and my hubby tend to prefer plain food so I need to get my spice in somewhere
