Woke at 233.0, up 1.5 from yesterday. Still eating too much and allowing a few extra carbs. Will probably take 7-10 days for the water gain to recede, based on past experience. UPDATE: Up to 233.8 before dinner. This is gonna take a while!

Yeah... it takes awhile does it not? Same here. It jumps up easily but goes down slower than a plugged toilet
