Woke at 226.0, up 2.9 from yesterday. Em got here at 4 am after driving all afternoon and half the night from Chicago. Grabbed four hours of sleep and ready to start Christmas Eve! Starting two days of celebration, including tossing out the strict WOE rules. Merry Christmas, everyone! UPDATE: Huge breakfast of egg and spinach casserole and two big frosted cinnamon rolls! I was stuffed until dinnertime! Weighed 227.1 by then, so I'm happy with that. Tonight, it's an Italian bake, red wine, and Christmas movies! Happy Christmas Eve to all!
