Woke at 224.2, down .5 from yesterday. Before that, did pushups and 45 minutes of HIIT on the bike. Have a great day! UPDATE: Ate the same thing as yesterday for lunch -- Greek yogurt with a bit of protein powder. Got to 224.3 before dinner, which was a bunch of leftovers tossed into a bowl! Did my weekly happy hour, and took down a bottle of wine.
