I've been weighting myself every 4 days (I have a reminder on). It helps to not be so stressed on, for example, Sunday nights, because I'm know I'm weighing myself Monday morning. Letting all you lovely people know in case this will help anyone xx stay strong 💖

I weigh every single day! I see massive fluctuations over the week! Keeping to one day for records keeps it real. I log saturday weight. By sunday, i am much heavier, but drop suddenly on tuesday!

Weighing every day is pointless for the reasons you mentioned. A weekly measurement gives a real pictures of your progress
