Woke at 228.2, down 1.6 from yesterday. Had a low-calorie day (for food) but added some vodka, water, and red wine later. UPDATE: Fasted until dinner and got to 227.5 before that. Had some all-meat meatloaf, some summer sausage, and a chocolate protein bar for dinner.
