I won't be recording my weight.
It keeps going up :(
I am still logging everything I eat however.

Stressful, stressful days. Recording intake is key for sure. 😊 Hang in there!!! 🤗

@shiny50, @liv001, @melissatwa - Thank You! - - Yes I am still recording **everything** I eat and still running 15 miles a week, so I have not given up. I just didn't want to record numbers in FS because I am still unable to **mentally** bring myself to make the diet changes that I **know** I need to make. Right now I am only doing 3 days a week of <30 carbs a day (and not even in a row), so it is amazing I am not **blowing-up** more than I am 😒🤣 - - If I **at least** did 5 straight days of <30 carbs a day I am positive I would head in the right direction weight wise.
