Lost a bit more and started the day at 210.1 after a nice weekend of two 1100 calorie days. Will eat 600-800 on Monday and Tuesday and then loosen up the rules somewhat for the rest of the month.
94.8 kg Lost so far: 52.6 kg.    Still to go: 1.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
