2020 is trying to take me out.

Thanks, no thanks.

Jumping in the tub with the wife and asking "Calgon, take me away!" -- Only the older folks will get this. HEHEHEHEHE

Those numbers in picture reflect lbs averages (Left img Jan 2020, right img Oct 2020). Yuk!!!! I will not wait until the new year to stop the madness.

I had a nice dinner last night with a snack and saw the scale quickly dip. I will keep repeating just a dinner only M-F and on weekends 2 meals per day with family.

I am not a quitter. My work load has easily doubled since March and being glued to a desk whether at home or in the office has been brutal.

I saw Onederland last Dec 2019 and I will see it again.

I am still as strong as an ox as I can balance 2 x 40 lb bags of pellets per shoulder ((160 lbs)) and walk up the driveway to the side door. #BEASTMODE

I got this. #STRESS-SUCKS #ONLYFORWARD

Cheers FS Family

Thanks liv001, vcabral2. MC - I been using the double workload as an excuse to party too hard w/my family this summer with plenty grilling and outdoor movies from the comfort of the firepit or patio which pretty much lead to excess calories from the frosty beverages and mindless eating. Breaks are on now as my clothes are too tight and not going to buy bigger clothes, been there done that. Day 2 of of I got this and looking forward to dinner only today.

It’s the beer I’m telling you. Once I cut that back to almost none I started seeing results. A pound here and there. One day at a time. Truly the best way to get back on track is using the food dairy and looking at what you are eating each day. Helped me tremendously. I’ve lost 13 pounds since the beginning of August. Slow and steady. Don’t stop eating meals just change to more veggies and plain yogurt. You’ve got this.

I can relate to this. You're still here and that's the important part. Sharing the struggle is definitely part of the process. We can do this.

Thanks all. All foods logged for the day. Upped my protein, carbs and calories and less hungry tonight vs last night while staying under 1800 calories. Heading to bed soon hoping to get 7 hrs sleep. I appreciate your support and kind words.

I’m right up there with you Ches,, I allowed this covid “stay at home”pandemic undermine my thought process to the point of having an anxiety attack, and I gain back all my hard fought lbs I lost over the last couple of years. Enough is enough!! I’m taking back my self control and getting back on board, I just found this app, I love it. I’ve lost 5 lbs already and hell bent on reaching my goal. 😀
