Woke and had black coffee and a Premier Protein. Did a 30 minute HIIT spinning session, and the coffee really helped with the heart rate, I think. I spent 22 minutes in the peak heart rate zone with an average BPM of 157 and a peak BPM of 193. It had a ton of energy for it. I did six minutes in Cardio and only two minutes in Fat Burn as I got started. Weighed 230.5 afterward, up 1.2 from yesterday (Chinese takeout last night). UPDATE: Got to 232.1 before dinner, which will be leftover steak and beef and broccoli.
