First time in this diet when I've lost weight more than five days in a row. This is the fifth day. I've even super stressed out for some medical issues and simply can't eat normally.
91 kg Lost so far: 5.6 kg.    Still to go: 11 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
