Woke at 236.1, down 1.6 from yesterday. Started with 30 minutes of HIIT spinning -- and the new Fitbit Charge 4 actually credited me with a good heart rate! I got to 155 at one point but stayed at about 130 for most of it. I will be fasting today. UPDATE: Got to 235.3 at 5 pm. Fasting until tomorrow.
