Hi Peeps
Not been dieting as such cos I'm looking after my lovely 95 yr old Mum, have been ferrying her back and forwards to hospital to have several procedures performed, bless her little cotton socks..... I hadn't weighed myself since May, so I wasn't disappointed at the result really, Could have been better but Hey Ho I'll take any Loss as a good result..... Still been logging all that I'm eating only a few days missing cos I was sitting around the Hospital for hours..... MM x

lucky you that you are around her. returning some of the love and care. as we can't return back fully of our parents love.

They broke the mould when they made my Mum..... Not many older relatives in my family are left now, an Aunt in America and one in Devon, so you have to do what you can when you can to help out cos she won't be around for ever will she !!! And for me it's not a chore.....MMx
