Did my bike ride yesterday. Not sure if it is the heat or maybe getting back from vacation, but again I could feel my legs burning (more than when I left for vacation). I wanted to ride more but the burn. I even looked at my bike seat wondering if something happened while I was gone...nothing. I did some calistenics in the mix yesterday a little dancing..lol. Today is the C210K and then I will do some extra walking and incline once that is complete. After that is running to the cleaners (may do that tomorrow instead...haha) only because they are saying we may reach triple digits today and it would be a great day to get in the pool and do a little swimming and some extra exercising. I will see....I do have to go to the store...I already put a steak on my food for dinner (so got to get a steak).

We bought our tickets yesterday for the wedding. We are flying into Atlanta (home) on Sept 17th and will rent a car. Drive to Destin, Florida. We will then have a few days to vacation..then Friday 20th is bridal luncheon, wedding rehearsal, rehearsal dinner. Then Saturday evening is the wedding. We drive to Atlanta Monday the 23rd - DH will drop me at either my Dad or Mom and he will drive to Birm for business. I will work from our Corporate Office Tuesday and Wednesday (going to cook bacon in advance to take to work and eat salads for lunch!!!). Taking a vacation day Thursday and Friday (DH will be back on Thursday). Then we fly home Sunday the 29th. So lots will be going on. I am hoping to have gotten back to where I was between now and then (will be working hard) and maybe even bust through that, but one day at a time!!

Then October 3rd my daughter graduates Corpsman School and should be able to take some time off and come home!!!!!!!!!!!

Busy lady! You've got a good plan and I am sure you will make your goal. Something to look forward to, your vacation, and your daughter getting some time at home. I know you miss her :)

I do Ruth! So excited for what comes next in her life even though I miss her very much. It will be great to have her home for even a little while. Thanks Sarahsmum! I am working really hard to keep to this plan and very much looking forward to seeing my family and then having my daughter home for even a short visit.
