Okay so something that I heard today as I was working and listening to Extreme Weightloss....are you doing everything you can do....as much as people say "I don't know why" or "I am doing everything right". You can do everything right, BUT are you doing ALL that you can do. I know that I have not been. So did my C210K today and when I was done I was soaking wet. I mean not a place on my body was NOT sweating..even my HANDS were soaked with sweat. I thought something was crawling on me...it was sweat running down my arm and dripping off of my elbow. It made me feel really accomplished. Once I finished it I hoped on the treadmill and 30 more minutes. Really what is an hour of working out? I can give that much. I also did a 15 minute calisthenic earlier in the day.

So I know I will have slip ups. As a friend said....this is a journey. It is life and this journey will continue forever. I must be diligent, and I know I will have slip ups but I am learning to pull myself back in before I really do too much damage. That is something that I can be proud of...it has taken me a long time to learn to do that.

So we have a wedding to attend in 40 days. In 40 days that 6# will be gone and I will have shed some more. Don't know how much more but I know that I am really going to try hard at it and try to be diligent.

You go girl! Doesn't it just make you feel so accomplished when you take the time and work out to the point the sweat drips off your elbows?

Sunkeeper it did make me feel very accomplished. I was 'beat' that evening but it was a good 'beat' Ruth - I am glad that I could post something to inspire you!!!! Your journals certainly inspire me :) I will be going back and reading this one myself to remind me.
