Today was a good day. I’m cooling off my fast walk with a few beverages. I achieved shaving 500 calories from my total calories consumed yesterday.

Day 2 of shrimp. Yum, yum.

Island larger. Thanks Br_e_co. It was totally #BEASTMODE as 33% of mile 1-2 was uphill, 15% of the beginning of mile 5 was uphill and there were an incline up a bridge and another frigging hill in the middle of mile 6.

Thanks jcmama777. I’m buzzing hard at the moment and looking to sneak to bed by 9:30. I think I will hit the dumbbells tomorrow as the forecast calls for rain.

@adefwebserver - I had a nice Spotify playlist on and I was in a good place mentally. I was a little concerned that I would have to jog somewhere after mile 5 but the bpm’s of the songs kept me at a steady fast pace. #PROUDOFMYEFFORT

Fantastic looking meal !!!! well deserved!!!! By the way your deck and yard look gorgeous!!! I am sure you and family will enjoy!!!! Fantastic you are doing work on it!!! In this heat in Florida most people would just write a check to the contractor!

Awesome walk. I’ve walked min 4 mile walks daily since 5/10. My average route is 4.2 miles but I mix it with 6, 8 and one 10 miler. Walking is amazing. My 4 miles I stay around 14.50 and 15 min miles but as soon as I go past 5 miles I slow down. My 10 miler was a “stroll” and took 2h 57 min... 🤜💯 That shrimp looks amazing!
