Draglist's Journal, 30 May 20

Woke at 232.4, up 2.7 from yesterday. Obviously still have a lot of water in my body. Going to start with weights and protein coffee. And then I’m gonna go outside and play with water all day as I wash down some stuff with the power washer. Hopefully, I can sweat some of this water out. UPDATE: Well, that worked. Got to 229.2 at 3:45. Got everything done but the front of the house and then the lawn guys came over to save me. This is giving me a short break. Having a cold Leinenkugels Summer Shandy that Denise and Jones got while I was working. Nice! UPDATE 2: Went back out and worked until 6 pm. Came in at 227.5. Denise made me a delicious low carb quesadilla for dinner. Pretty wiped out and it's time to chill! PS: No wonder! Just checked Fitbit and I walked 15K steps today, hit 120 to 168 BPM on several occasions, and am on track to burn 4100 plus calories! UPDATE 3: So wiped out that I napped for 1.5 hours after dinner. Back up and had a protein bar and drink.
