What is a Keto pizza made off, if you don’t mind me asking 😅

Not at all. The base is made of: 3 eggs 3 tbsp almond flour 2 tbsp coconut flour 1 tbsp ground flaxseed 1/2 tsp baking powder Salt to taste. All mixed and fried in a pan under a lid just like a giant pancake for approx 3-4 min. Toss it over and fill with any topping you fancy. I didn't fancy a tomato base today - so it was butter garlic and parsley + anchovies and mozarella- waited until cheese melted under the lid again and pizza was ready. It didn't taste like a real deal but i didn't miss out on pizza and wine Friday. Hope you like it! 😘
