looks amazing! If you want it to be less watery next time I've heard that you can slice the zucchini and sprinkle it with salt, let it sit for awhile and then dab it with a napkin....I made amazing zucchini lasagna once but read that tip later and im eager to try it next time i make it so thought id share :)
