Hi everyone, I have no scales so I have no idea how much I weigh. I’m not eating any more or less but I have exercised everyday for the last 4 weeks for a minimum of 20 minutes doing either PE with joe or RWL on Instagram. My body doesn’t seem any different but I do have a healthier mind 💆🏻♀️ Stay safe ❕

That is a brilliant idea, I never thought of that thank you! Can’t try my belt notches as can’t remember the last time I got dressed 🤣 ~ very well done to you 💪🏻
